A
gay porn star Rod Daily, real name Joshua Rodgers, took to his twitter
handle to announce that he is HIV positive. According to him, his
doctors discovered that he had been infected recently.
Rod Daily's
announcement is coming two weeks after his
girlfriend, Cameron Bay who also has worked in the porn industry since
2010, made a similar announcement that she has been infected with the
virus.
Rod Daily told Daily News, "I know it happened last month," he also added, "I know I don't have a crazy
lifestyle."
Just last month,
the adult film industry in San Fernando Valley and beyond was
temporarily shutdown for a week so tests could be carried out after porn
actress Cameron Bay tested positive to HIV...
Rod Daily and
Cameron Bay have been dating for over a year, but according to Rod, he
does not want to jump to conclusions on how he got infected. The couple
have both worked exclusively in gay porn
since 2010 on sets that require the use of condoms.
