Sharing how he first pursed his now-wife Beyonce and addressing rumors that she wasn’t really pregnant with blue-ivy.
Jay gets really personal on this one, although his wife beyonce has said blue ivy likes his song better than hers, the 43year old rapstar says that’s not true but admits his daughter did fall in love with is twelfth studio album. “Magna Carta Holy Grail”.
“She does like her mother’s music–she watches (beyonce’s concerts) on the computer every night. But my album just came out and I don’t know if blue ivy ever heard any of my songs prior to this album, she’s only 18 months and I don’t play my music around the house, but this album was new,so we played it. And she loved all the songs. She plays a song and she goes ‘More Daddy More’ ….Daddy song’ She’s my BIGGEST fan. If no one bought the Magna Carta (album), the fact that she loves it so much, it gives me the grestest joy. And that’s not like a cliche. I’m really serious. Just to see her —’Daddy song, more, daddy’ she’s genuine, she’s honest, because she doesn’t know it makes me happy. She just wants to hear it”.
Speaking about his wife Bey, Jay reveals that he had to work had to over her love. That he and beyonce were just beginning to try to date each other. When they were both featured on the same vanity fair magazine the 2001 Music issue. “Well you know you gt to try first’ you got to dazzle……wine and dine”.
If Jay Z hadn’t been a grammy award winning artiste he was, does he think that beyonce would have fallen for him?
If am cool as I am, yes. But she’s a charming southern girl, you know, she’s not impressed ….’ He says But I would have definitely have to be this cool”
